Metro
Metro is a smaller, more streamlined level compared to the others, but I still aimed to make it feel right at home within the gentlemen’s theme. I drew heavy inspiration from early 20th-century railway stations — like the iconic one in Harry Potter — to give it a sense of vintage charm. A black-and-gold color palette was chosen to evoke a feeling of understated luxury, adding detail and elegance without overwhelming the scene.

Breakdown
Lightmap baking is required to get accurate lighting result on the track and in the tunnel.

Textures are first made in PBR style, then it went through the painterly filter in Substance Designer. This is more efficient than painting the entire texture map from scratch.

The top part and buttom part of the wall texture is painted differently with a grunge mask overlay to break repetiton.
